Interior designer cum architect

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer cum Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in both architectural design and interior design, capable of conceptualizing, planning, and executing aesthetically pleasing and functional spaces. This role involves working closely with clients, consultants, and project teams to deliver innovative and practical design solutions from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop design concepts, layouts, and architectural drawings for residential, commercial, or institutional projects.
• Create interior design solutions that align with client requirements, functionality, and aesthetics.
• Prepare detailed drawings, 3D renderings, material specifications, and presentation boards for client approvals.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Oversee the implementation of design on-site, ensuring adherence to quality, design intent, and project timelines.
• Select and specify finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) as per design and budget.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and sustainable design practices.
• Coordinate project documentation including drawings, schedules, reports, and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) preparation.
• Stay updated on design trends, technologies, and sustainable practices to bring innovative solutions to projects.

Software / Tools Used:

• 2D & 3D Design & Drafting: AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max
• Rendering & Visualization: Corona Renderer, V-Ray
• Other Tools: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Photoshop, Illustrator
• Project Documentation & BOQ Preparation
