Draftsman (Precast)

The role required strong knowledge of precast concrete systems, precast detailing and BIM Modeling.

Responsibilities: -

- Preparing accurate and detailed precast shop drawings, production drawings, erection plans, production reinforcement details, connection details and lifting/handling arrangements.

- Developing 2D and 3D precast elements drawings using AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit.

- Managing drawing revisions, maintaining drawing registers during the project life cycle.

- Submitting the drafts to the Engineering team for review while ensuring that the final drawings meet the industry standards.

- Making changes to the technical drawings and drafts based on the feedback provided by the Engineers.

- Calculating elements quantities and preparing updated status.

Draftsman (GRC)

The GRC Draftsman is responsible for preparing accurate and detailed shop drawings and 3D models of glass reinforced concrete (GRC) elements using Revit and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities: -

- Prepare detailed shop drawing, reinforcement details, and fixing/connection details for GRC panels, claddings, and decorative elements.

- Develop 3D models in Revit to support coordination and BIM integration.

- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and production teams to ensure accuracy and constructability.

- Revise drawings comply with project specifications, industry codes and company drafting standards.

- Support site and production teams with technical drawings for installation and fabrication.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma or degree in Drafting, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Draftsman or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks).
• Strong understanding of technical drawing standards and engineering principles.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.

Preferred:

• Experience in construction, manufacturing, or engineering industries.
• Familiarity with 3D modeling software.
