Draftsman (Shop & Architectural Drawings)

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Draftsman with experience in shop drawings and architectural drawings. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience and the ability to prepare accurate technical drawings in coordination with engineers, architects, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed shop drawings based on approved design and site requirements
• Develop and modify architectural drawings, layouts, sections, and elevations
• Interpret and translate architectural concepts into precise technical drawings
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and site teams
• Revise drawings according to site conditions and consultant comments
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and local standards
• Prepare material take-offs and assist in project documentation
• Maintain organized records of drawings and revisions

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Draftsman
• Strong experience in shop drawings and architectural drawings
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)
• Knowledge of Revit or other drafting software is an advantage
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: KD400.000 - KD500.000 per month
