Draftsman (ST Style Glass and Aluminum Installation LLC)

. Developing product designs from scratch which may include visiting the site and taking measurements.

· Presenting rough design drafts for client approval.

· Ensuring product designs meet required safety and structural standards.

· Generating Solid and Surface CAD models.

· Presenting various design perspectives for installation improvements and adaptations.

· Finalizing AutoCAD models.

· Presenting models to management.

· Make quality survey on sites.

· Make improvements in cost sheet to minimize cost estimation.

· Understand the project/program and its requirements.

· Determine key variables for cost and other estimates.

· Gather first-hand information from sites.

· Conduct research to obtain data on labor costs, materials, production times etc.

· Obtain and review offers and quotes by contractors.

· Perform risk analysis.

· Create and submit estimate reports to the management.

Note: Candidate with glass and aluminium experience will be preferred.
