Draftsman (with UAE Driver’s License | Construction Experience)

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Draftsman with a background in construction and site coordination. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical drawing skills, practical site knowledge, and the ability to assist with project documentation, permits, and quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and detailed technical drawings, layouts, and shop drawings based on project requirements.
• Coordinate closely with the site team, engineers, and project managers to ensure drawings reflect on-site conditions and design intent.
• Support the team with permit applications, authority submissions, and related documentation.
• Conduct site visits to verify dimensions, ensure work aligns with drawings, and assist with quality control inspections.
• Update and revise drawings as per site modifications or consultant feedback.
• Maintain organized drawing records and ensure all files are updated and properly archived.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Draftsman in the construction industry (UAE experience preferred).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant drafting software.
• Good understanding of construction methods, materials, and site processes.
• Valid UAE driver’s license (mandatory).
• Strong coordination, communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
