Draftsperson

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and update architectural, structural, civil, and/or MEP drawings as per project requirements

Develop detailed shop drawings, as-built drawings, and layout drawings

Ensure drawings comply with approved standards, specifications, and authority requirements

Coordinate with engineers and site teams to incorporate design changes

Maintain proper drawing records, revisions, and documentation

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Drafting, Engineering, or a related field

2–3 years of experience as a Draftsman in construction or consultancy projects

Proficient in AutoCAD (Revit knowledge is an advantage)

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

Good attention to detail and time management skills
