What You'll Be Doing
- Operate dragline equipment safely and efficiently to extract raw materials
- Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on machinery
- Monitor excavation progress and adjust operations to meet production targets
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow
- Adhere to all safety protocols and environmental regulations

- Demonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment with precision and care
- Strong awareness of safety standards and commitment to safe practices
- Capacity to work independently and as part of a team in dynamic conditions
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures
- Reliable communication skills and attention to operational details
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
