Urgent Opening for Interior Draughtsman in Leading Interior Designing Industry in Chennai

• Position Name : Interior Draughtsman
• Qualification : Diploma in civil
• Experience : 2 yrs – 5 yrs
• Industry : Real Estate / Interior
• Salary : Negotiable
• Location : Chennai

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Prepare detailed interior working drawings, joinery details, ceiling & lighting layouts, and furniture plans.

· Convert conceptual designs into technical AutoCAD drawings with accuracy and adherence to timelines.

· Coordinate with design and site teams for design intent translation and execution feasibility.

· Ensure compliance with industry standards, municipal regulations, and project specifications.

· Maintain and organize drawing documentation and revisions.

· Experience working with high-end residential / commercial interiors.

Additional Preferences:

Exposure to site execution environments is a strong advantage.

Basic knowledge of Excel or project tracking tools is a bonus.

Comfortable working with tight timelines and multi-project handling

.· Language proficiency: Fluent in English, Kannada, and Hindi.

· Ability to travel within the city for meetings and site visits.

· Self-motivated, target-oriented, and presentable.

· Basic technical understanding of construction sites is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹36,239.75 per month
