Draughtsman

• Prepare detailed drawings for civil, structural, and architectural works including layouts, sections, elevations, and details.
• Develop shop drawings, as-built drawings, and coordination drawings as per project requirements.
• Coordinate with site teams and engineers for design clarifications and drawing updates.
• Ensure all drawings comply with local authority standards (Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, DDA, Nakheel, etc.).
• Maintain drawing registers and ensure document control procedures are followed.
• Modify and update existing drawings based on design changes or site instructions.
• Work with CAD and BIM software (AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D) for accurate drafting.
• Assist in preparing quantity take-offs and drawing documentation for submissions.
