Draughtsman

Job Summary

We are looking for a talented MEP Draughtsman (Electrical/Mechanical) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing and revising detailed technical drawings for MEP systems, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and coordination with all project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and develop MEP drawings including HVAC, plumbing, drainage, fire-fighting, and electrical layouts.
• Produce coordinated shop drawings, single-line diagrams, schematic diagrams, and as-built drawings.
• Work closely with MEP engineers to convert design concepts into detailed drawings.
• Update and revise drawings based on site conditions, engineering instructions, and project changes.
• Ensure compliance with MEP standards, codes, and project specifications.
• Maintain drawing logs, documentation, and version control.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or MEP Engineering.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D/3D).
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience as an MEP draughtsman.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and drafting standards.
• Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings, specifications, and site instructions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,600.00 per month
