Elite Fire Protection Systems is dedicated to protecting lives and property through state-of-the-art life safety systems. We are expanding our design department and are looking for a skilled Fire Alarm Draughtsman to support our project delivery.

Job Description:

The Fire Alarm Draughtsman will be responsible for creating precise and detailed shop drawings, wiring diagrams, and containment layouts for fire alarm, voice evacuation, and central emergency lighting systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop clear and accurate fire alarm device layouts, loop schematics, and riser diagrams.
• Prepare containment drawings (conduits, cable trays, trunking) and coordinate layouts with other MEP services.
• Incorporate modifications into drawings from site mark-ups and consultant comments to create final As-Built drawings.
• Ensure all drawings comply with company standards, project specifications, and standard symbols.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma in Electrical Drafting, ITI, or equivalent certification.
• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience focusing on Fire Alarm and Low Voltage (ELV) systems.
• Expert knowledge of AutoCAD (Revit/BIM skills are highly desirable).
• Good understanding of electrical wiring symbols and fire alarm layouts.
• Strong team player with good communication skills.
