We are seeking a skilled and motivated Daraz Store Operator with at least 1 year of hands-on experience managing Daraz seller accounts. The ideal candidate should be familiar with product listings, order management, promotions, and overall store operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the Daraz seller account.
- Create and optimize product listings.
- Handle order processing and ensure timely fulfillment.
- Monitor inventory levels and update stock regularly.
- Manage promotions, vouchers, and campaign participation.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Analyze store performance and prepare reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to improve sales and operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience operating a Daraz store.
- Strong understanding of the Daraz Seller Center.
- Experience with product listing optimization and order management.
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce operations and online marketplaces.
