We are seeking a skilled and motivated Daraz Store Operator with at least 1 year of hands-on experience managing Daraz seller accounts. The ideal candidate should be familiar with product listings, order management, promotions, and overall store operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the Daraz seller account.
  • Create and optimize product listings.
  • Handle order processing and ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Monitor inventory levels and update stock regularly.
  • Manage promotions, vouchers, and campaign participation.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Analyze store performance and prepare reports.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to improve sales and operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience operating a Daraz store.
  • Strong understanding of the Daraz Seller Center.
  • Experience with product listing optimization and order management.
  • Basic knowledge of e-commerce operations and online marketplaces.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
