Responsibilities
Dreamina AI is an AI creation and content platform under ByteDance. Based on GenAI technology, it supports generating high-quality images and videos through natural language and image input.
Responsibilities
1. Responsible for operating Dreamina’s creator programs. Based on an understanding of Gen-AI content characteristics, consumption performance, and creative workflows, as well as the platform’s encouraged content directions, define target creator segments.
2. Identify, discover, and engage creators with Gen-AI creative capabilities. Match creator characteristics with specific acquisition channels, mechanize and scale creator growth, and implement structured creator grading and segmentation systems.
3. Manage the entire lifecycle of creators — from onboarding to activation and long-term retention. Design and execute activation initiatives such as workshops, meetups, online webinars, and social campaigns to help creators fully leverage Dreamina’s creative tools and maximize their impact. Establish and maintain a vibrant creator community, enhance engagement, and continuously inspire high-quality creative output.
4. Connect and collaborate with key creative circles and cross-industry partners. Expand influence within professional and creative communities, convert industry creators through collaborations, and strengthen Dreamina’s brand presence. Integrate internal and external resources, work closely with product, user growth, and marketing teams, and execute key cross-functional projects.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification(s)
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with strong insights into video and Gen-AI content. Familiarity with AI creative tools and the broader Gen-AI industry; hands-on proficiency in AI tools is highly preferred.
2. Deep understanding of the creator lifecycle and creator operations. Candidates with 3–5 years of experience in community operations, vertical creator operations, or PGC operations — or those who are Gen-AI creators themselves — are preferred.
3. Familiar with major social media platforms and their creator ecosystems, with the ability to translate content trends into creator growth and engagement strategies.
4. Strong data analysis and business insight, capable of using data to identify opportunities, optimize acquisition and activation funnels, and solve operational challenges.
5. Highly self-motivated and proactive learner, with strong communication and logical thinking skills; able to distill best practices into scalable, repeatable operational methodologies.

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $104712 - $235980 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
