Drilling Labourer / Drilling Helper

A Drilling Labourer assists the drilling crew in daily rig operations, equipment handling, site preparation, and maintenance activities while following safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist drill operators during drilling activities
• Load and unload drilling tools, pipes, and materials
• Clean and maintain drilling equipment and work areas
• Mix drilling fluids and mud as instructed
• Support rig setup and dismantling
• Handle manual labour tasks at drilling sites
• Follow HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) procedures
• Report equipment damage or unsafe conditions
• Help transport tools and supplies
• Perform general site housekeeping

Requirements

• Physically fit and able to work outdoors
• Basic knowledge of drilling operations preferred
• Ability to lift heavy materials
• Willingness to work shifts and remote locations
• Safety awareness and teamwork skills
