Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Drilling Rigs and Equipment Lead with 10 years of field experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for smooth operation and maintenance of drilling rigs and related equipment. This role supervises rig maintenance staff, liaisons with the workshop and provide technical expertise in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and engine systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead rig maintenance personnel (mechanical & electrical).
• Supervise condition, performance, and upkeep of rig equipment.
• Troubleshoot breakdowns on-site, ensuring minimum downtime.
• Coordinate with workshop for major repairs or fabrication.
• Implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
• Ensure rig crew follow safety and proper handling procedures.
• Provide technical reporting on rig health, breakdowns, and repairs.
• Assist GM in technical evaluation of rigs and equipment.

Requirements:

• Education: B. Tech / M. Tech in Mechanical.
• Experience: 10 years of proven experience in field of drilling rigs / heavy machinery.

Other Skills:

Strong practical knowledge of:

• Hydraulic systems
• Engines (Diesel/Heavy equipment)
• Electrical & mechanical rig components
• Proven experience in supervising rig maintenance staff and crew.
