• 2+ years of driveline experience preferred (we’ll train the right person!)
• Strong communication skills with teammates and managers
• Ability to provide your own basic tools and toolbox
• Commitment to high safety and quality standards
• Comfortable lifting up to 60 lbs as needed
• Valid Driver’s License required

• Fabricate and assemble drive shafts
• Read and interpret blueprints provided by customers
• Operate boxing stations, washers, and cleaning equipment
• Inspect, process, and prepare core parts for assembly
• working with hydraulic hoses and Flywheels
