Job Summary:

As a Driver at Royal Saray Resort, you will play a key role in creating exceptional guest experiences by providing safe and professional transportation services, assisting with luggage, and offering personalized concierge support. This dynamic position combines the responsibilities of a driver, bellman, and concierge to ensure smooth and memorable arrivals, departures, and overall guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely transport guests to and from destinations in a courteous and timely manner, including airport transfers, local trips, and VIP services.
• Greet guests upon arrival and departure, assist with luggage handling, and escort them to the front desk or their rooms.
• Provide accurate information about the resort, local attractions, dining, shopping, and entertainment options.
• Assist with valet parking and ensure proper handling and documentation of guest vehicles.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of resort vehicles, reporting any maintenance or safety issues promptly.
• Deliver messages, parcels, or amenities to guest rooms as needed.
• Support bell desk and concierge operations during busy periods or when needed.
• Uphold the highest standards of guest service, maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor at all times.
• Follow all hotel policies, safety regulations, and traffic laws.

Requirements:

• Valid Bahraini driving license with a clean driving record
• Proven experience in a similar guest-facing role, preferably in luxury hospitality
• Excellent knowledge of local roads, attractions, and airports
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Presentable appearance and professional attitude
• Ability to lift and carry heavy luggage
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: BD220.000 per month
