Driver

The Driver is responsible for safely transporting products, goods, documents, and personnel on behalf of the company (Chocolate and Sweets Factory) This role ensures timely deliveries to clients, suppliers, airports, duty-free warehouses, government authorities, and internal branches while maintaining high standards of safety, professionalism, and product handling.

Key Responsibilities1. Transportation & Delivery

• Deliver Le Damas Sweets products to customers, retail partners, airport warehouses, hotels, and corporate clients.
• Pick up raw materials, packaging, and supplies from vendors as required.
• Ensure all deliveries are completed on schedule and in proper condition.
• Load and unload goods safely, ensuring no damage to products.

2. Vehicle Maintenance

• Conduct daily inspection of the vehicle (fuel, oil, tires, brakes, A/C, lights).
• Maintain cleanliness (interior and exterior) at all times.
• Report any mechanical issues or required repairs immediately.
• Ensure the vehicle is serviced on time and records are maintained.

3. Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain accurate delivery logs, receipts, and handover documents.
• Follow all UAE traffic laws and internal company policies.
• Ensure products are transported according to hygiene and quality standards.

4. Internal Support

• Support office and production teams by delivering documents, invoices, and samples.
• Assist in warehouse tasks when required, including organizing stock.
• Coordinate with the Operations and Sales teams for urgent deliveries or pickups.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Valid UAE Driving License: Manual/Automatic (Light Vehicle)
• Minimum 2 years of driving experience in UAE (F&B or logistics experience preferred)
• Good knowledge of UAE roads, locations, and traffic rules
• Ability to communicate in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and attention to detail
• Good physical condition to carry and handle boxes
• Clean driving record

Working Conditions

• Occasional inter-emirate travel (Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, RAK)

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
