Job Overview

The Company Driver is responsible for safely transporting cleaning staff to and from client locations, ensuring punctuality and maintaining a professional and respectful environment. The driver must support daily operations by following routes, assisting team coordination, and maintaining the company vehicle in excellent condition.

Key Responsibilities1. Transportation Duties

• Transport cleaning staff to designated client locations according to daily schedules.
• Ensure all employees are picked up and dropped off safely and on time.
• Follow assigned routes and adjust to traffic or schedule changes as needed.
• Assist with coordinating pick-up points and confirming staff attendance.

2. Vehicle Maintenance

• Inspect the vehicle daily for safety and cleanliness.
• Report any mechanical issues, required repairs, or safety concerns immediately.
• Ensure the vehicle has proper fuel, oil, and maintenance checks.
• Keep the interior clean and presentable at all times.

3. Professional Conduct

• Maintain a respectful and patient attitude with all employees during transportation.
• Ensure a calm environment with no arguments, inappropriate behavior, or disruptions.
• Represent Juls Cleaning Services LLC professionally when interacting with staff, clients, or the public.

4. Compliance

• Follow all UAE road safety rules and regulations.
• Adhere to company protocols, schedules, and operational instructions.
• Maintain confidentiality of company information and client locations.

5. Operational Support

• Coordinate with supervisors regarding delays, absences, or schedule changes.
• Assist in organizing route plans when required.
• Support the team by ensuring proper time management and reliable transportation.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Valid UAE Driving License (Manual/Automatic as required by company).
• Minimum 1–2 years of driving experience in the UAE (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of UAE roads, routes, and traffic regulations.
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Patience, professionalism, and ability to manage group transportation.
• Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and reliability.

Working Conditions

• Working hours: 12-hour shifts (as per company schedule).
• Transportation of cleaning teams may include early morning or evening shifts.
• Must be able to work weekends or public holidays if required by the schedule.

Performance Expectations

• Zero accidents or traffic violations due to driver negligence.
• On-time arrivals and departures daily.
• Maintaining a safe and respectful environment at all times.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month

Work Location: On the road
