Job Purpose

To provide safe, reliable, and professional driving services for private properties, ensuring timely transportation of guests, and property-related materials while maintaining confidentiality and high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport the property owner, family members, guests, and authorized staff as required.
• Drive for property-related duties including logistics, document collection, and errands.
• Ensure punctuality for all scheduled trips and commitments.
• Maintain the assigned vehicle(s) in excellent condition, ensuring regular cleaning, servicing, and timely reporting of maintenance issues.
• Comply with all Qatar traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Ensure confidentiality and discretion regarding all matters related to the property and its occupants.
• Assist with basic loading/unloading of items when required.
• Monitor vehicle documentation validity (registration, insurance, permits) and coordinate renewals as needed.
• Report any accidents, traffic violations, or vehicle issues immediately to management.
• Support other property-related tasks as assigned by the property management.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Valid Qatar Light Vehicle Driving License (mandatory).
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a private or family driver in Qatar.
• Familiarity with Qatar roads, locations, traffic patterns, and routes.
• Clean driving record with no major traffic violations.
• Physically fit and able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required.
• Good communication skills; basic English required (Arabic is an advantage).
• Professional appearance, polite attitude, and strong sense of responsibility.
