Driver

Job Purpose

To collect and deliver customer vehicles in line with the committed date and time, ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience throughout the process

Key Responsibilities

• Plan driving routes in advance to ensure timely and efficient trips

• Collect vehicles from customer locations as per the agreed schedule

• Conduct proper vehicle inspections upon collection and delivery

• Clearly document customer concerns

• Handover vehicles to the workshop with complete documentation and recorded customer concerns

• Remove and check customer belongings before each transaction

• Ensure the vehicle is clean and presentable before delivery

• Coordinate regular vehicle servicing and report any issues identified

• Ensure all reported customer concerns are rectified before delivering the vehicle back to the customer

Educational Qualification

• Basic education

Work Experience

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role

C ompetencies

• Valid UAE driving licence

• Good knowledge of local routes

• Strong customer service orientation

• Attention to detail

• Time management skills
