Job Summary

The Driver is responsible for operating company vehicles to transport passengers or goods safely and on time. The role includes maintaining the vehicle, following traffic laws, and ensuring safe delivery or transportation.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely drive company vehicles to transport passengers, goods, or materials.
• Follow assigned routes and schedules.
• Load and unload goods when required.
• Ensure timely delivery of items or passengers.
• Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of the vehicle.
• Check fuel, oil, brakes, and other vehicle systems regularly.
• Report accidents, delays, or vehicle issues to the supervisor.
• Keep records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and deliveries.
• Assist with navigation and route planning.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license (appropriate for the vehicle type).
• Good knowledge of local roads and traffic regulations.
• Ability to operate different types of vehicles.
• Clean driving record.
• Good communication and time management skills.
• Physical ability to load and unload items if required.
• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous driving experience in a similar role.
• Familiarity with GPS and navigation apps.
• Defensive driving training.

Work Environment

• May require long hours of driving.
• Outdoor work and varying weather conditions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,800.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
