Job Summary

The Driver is responsible for safely and efficiently transporting workers between accommodation facilities and the project site/yard. The role requires strict adherence to safety standards, traffic regulations, and company policies to ensure timely and secure transportation.

• Transport workers between dormitory and yard according to scheduled timings

• Ensure the safety and well-being of passengers during transit

• Adhere strictly to traffic rules and company safety regulations

• Conduct daily vehicle checks (e.g., fuel level, engine condition, cleanliness)

• Report any vehicle defects, accidents, or incidents promptly

• Maintain cleanliness and proper upkeep of the assigned vehicle

• Assist in coordinating transport schedules when required

• Ensure punctuality and reliability in all transportation duties

Key Requirements

• Valid Saudi Arabia driving license (appropriate class for the assigned vehicle, e.g., bus/van)

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant driving experience, preferably in worker transportation

• Good knowledge of local traffic regulations and routes

• Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and safety awareness

• Ability to communicate basic instructions in English

• Physically fit and able to work in a site-based environment
