Driver – Building Materials

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Driver with experience in the building materials industry. The candidate must have experience driving cars, 2-ton pickups, and 4-ton trucks for the delivery of building materials across the UAE. The ideal candidate should be familiar with UAE roads, customer locations, and safe material handling practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicles, including cars, 2-ton pickups, and 4-ton trucks, safely and efficiently.
• Deliver building materials to customers, construction sites, warehouses, and company branches.
• Ensure timely deliveries while following assigned routes and schedules.
• Load, unload, and secure materials properly to prevent damage during transportation.
• Verify delivery notes, invoices, and material quantities before and after delivery.
• Obtain customer signatures on delivery documents and submit completed paperwork to the office.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or repair requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and roadworthiness of assigned vehicles.
• Follow UAE traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies at all times.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams regarding delivery schedules and material dispatches.
• Assist with other transportation and logistics-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience as a driver in a building materials trading company.
• Valid UAE driving license suitable for operating cars, 2-ton pickups, and 4-ton trucks.
• Good knowledge of Dubai and other UAE locations and routes.

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,000.00 per hour
