Driver

Role Summary

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Driver to join our team at our automotive multi-brand showroom. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting vehicles safely, assisting customers with their transportation needs, and ensuring the showroom is well-maintained. This position requires excellent driving skills, a commitment to customer service, and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Vehicle Transportation: Safely drive vehicles from the showroom to customers, service centres, or other designated locations as needed.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to customers, offering assistance with their transportation requirements and answering any questions they may have.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections of vehicles to ensure they are clean, well-maintained, and in optimal working condition before and after transport.
• Logistics Coordination: Assist in the coordination of vehicle delivery schedules, ensuring timely arrivals and departures.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of vehicle deliveries, mileage, and any incidents that may occur during transportation.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and traffic laws while driving; report any violations or accidents immediately.
• Showroom Assistance: Occasionally assist in the showroom with various tasks, such as organizing vehicles, helping with customer inquiries, or supporting the sales team as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Previous experience as a driver, preferably in the automotive field or related industry.
• Licenses: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; additional certifications may be a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with the local area and traffic regulations.
• Proficient in basic vehicle maintenance.
• Preferred with Spare parts procurement experience.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
