Job description:

A delivery driver is responsible for transporting goods to customers, ensuring timely and safe delivery while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities

- Transport Goods: Deliver packages and other items to designated locations, following assigned routes and schedules.
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload items from the delivery vehicle, ensuring that goods are handled with care to prevent damage.
- Customer Interaction: Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and addressing any concerns during the delivery process.
- Route Navigation: Use GPS and navigation tools to determine the most efficient delivery routes, adjusting as necessary for traffic and weather conditions.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including tracking numbers, delivery times, and customer signatures.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure the delivery vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and regularly checked for mechanical issues to ensure safe operation.
- Compliance: Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving and delivering goods.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Driving License: A valid Qatar Heavy Truck driver's license and a clean driving record are essential.
Time Management: Strong organizational skills to manage delivery schedules and ensure timely deliveries.
Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy packages and perform physical tasks associated with loading and unloading goods.
Customer Service: Excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing a positive customer experience.
Problem-Solving: Ability to handle unexpected issues, such as traffic delays or customer complaints, in a professional manner.

- Education: High school or Graduate
* Language: English, HIndi / Basic Arabic is an advantage

• QATAR DRIVERS LICENSE MEDIUM TRUCK OR AUTOMATIC (Required)
