DRIVER - Class B CDL - Residential Refuse Collection

Job Summary

Due to continued growth, Local Waste Services is currently seeking highly motivated Class B CDL drivers to join our growing team.

We will only be considering candidates with a valid Class B CDL and past driving experience at this time.

Driver Job description:

• Provide waste & recycling service throughout many of Central Ohio’s neighborhoods
• Complete pre-trip/post-trip inspections and logs
• Adjust routes for new starts and continual improvement
• Mandatory overtime
• Work as a team to meet and beat allotted times
• Treat safety as a priority at all times
• Complete work orders for special pickups as necessary

Driver Requirements: Must be 20 years of age

• Must have acceptable driving record
• Must be able to pass pre-employment and random drug screening
• Must be able to lift at least 75 lbs. throughout the day
• Must have valid Class B CDL
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States*

Driver Benefits include but are not limited to: $24.25+ per hour (Approximately $75,000 annually with mandatory overtime and incentive)
