Prior administrative or file‑management experience
-
Experience supporting Government operations or documentation workflows.
Responsibilities:
-
Operate Government vehicles (trucks, vans, etc.) to deliver messages, documents, packages, and mail to designated Government agencies and business partners.

Transport office personnel and visitors as required.
-
Perform errands, including carrying mail to and from postal facilities and sorting or processing incoming and outgoing mail.

Obtain and document receipts for delivered items; maintain accurate logs of all items received and transported.

Deliver materials to internal offices/departments and ensure delivery aligns with precise written instructions.

Complete miscellaneous duties as assigned to support the contract mission.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:

Ability to safely operate Government vehicles of various sizes.

Strong reading comprehension skills to interpret delivery instructions.

Physical capability to lift and carry 45 lbs. or more.
-
Ability to perform tasks requiring bending, stooping, climbing, and reaching.

Professionalism, reliability, and adherence to safety and security protocols.

Background Investigation:
This position requires that you obtain a background investigation. As part of this process, the government will perform a criminal, credit, tax, employment, and drug history background check. The government has varying tolerances, with mitigating circumstances, for issues in all of the categories. The government is essentially looking to confirm that you are generally in good financial standing, up to date on your tax filings, rehire eligible with your prior employers, and have adhered to any federal restrictions on illegal drug use, including marijuana, in addition to other checks related on your character and trust worthiness.
