Position: Driver cum Documentation Clerk
Location: Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai

We are currently seeking a Driver cum Documentation Clerk to join our team in Jebel Ali Free Zone. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving duties as well as handling documentation and courier-related tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform driving duties as required, ensuring timely and safe transportation of goods and personnel.
• Handle all customs documentation processes and ensure compliance with company and port regulations.
• Manage courier bookings, coordinate dispatches, and follow up with courier companies to ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain proper records and documentation related to shipments, deliveries, and customs activities.
• Assist with general office administrative and documentation work.

Requirements:

• Valid UAE Manual Driving License (mandatory).
• Good knowledge of Dubai and other Emirates routes and locations.
• Familiar with customs documentation procedures and logistics coordination.
• Proficient in computer applications (MS Office, email communication, etc.).
• Strong communication skills in English, Arabic, and Hindi.
• Pleasing personality and professional demeanor.
• The candidate should be energetic, proactive, and self-motivated
• Ability to join immediately will be preferred.
