Job Description:

Helen and Sons is seeking a responsible and experienced Driver cum Public Relations Officer (PRO) to support company operations. The ideal candidate will be familiar with UAE roads and government departments, capable of handling both transportation duties and basic PRO tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick and drop the clients to required destinations in a safe and timely manner.
• Handle document submissions and collections at government departments, free zones, and other authorities.
• Ensure the company vehicle is clean, maintained, and serviced on time.
• Assist with visa processes, license renewals, and other PRO-related tasks.
• Maintain a professional attitude and appearance during official duties.
• Follow traffic rules and company protocols at all times.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of driving experience in the UAE (light vehicle license required).
• Good knowledge of roads in Sharjah, Dubai, and surrounding Emirates.
• Prior experience handling basic PRO work (preferred).
• Ability to communicate in English and Tamil (required)
• Polite, reliable, and punctual.
• Must be available to work flexible hours, including overtime when required.
