Driver-cum Site Supervisor (Commercial Cleaning Services)

Responsibilities:
Drive company vehicles responsibly to move cleaning staff, equipment, and supplies to assigned sites. Supervise and support cleaning teams at work locations, ensuring all duties are completed according to company quality standards. Organize daily work plans, distribute tasks, and monitor staff performance. Regularly inspect cleaning material stock and quickly report shortages or equipment servicing needs. Handle customer questions politely and maintain strong client satisfaction. Make sure safety, hygiene, and company work procedures are properly followed at all assigned locations.

Requirements:
Must hold a valid UAE driving license (Manual) with a good driving record. Previous experience in cleaning operations or supervisory work is an added advantage. Good communication, coordination, and leadership skills. Ability to manage teams, handle on-site issues, and support daily operations when required. Physically fit to assist with cleaning duties if needed. Ready for immediate joining.
