Job Criteria – Driver (Employee Transportation)

Position: Driver – Employee Transportation

Primary Role:
Responsible for the safe, timely, and efficient transportation of company employees between designated locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transport employees safely to and from work sites, accommodations, and other assigned locations
  • Follow approved routes and schedules strictly
  • Ensure punctual pick-up and drop-off of employees
  • Maintain cleanliness and good condition of the assigned vehicle
  • Perform daily vehicle inspections (fuel, brakes, tires, lights, etc.)
  • Report vehicle defects, accidents, or traffic violations immediately
  • Comply with company policies, safety standards, and local traffic laws
  • Maintain professional behavior and courteous communication with employees

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Valid driving license (appropriate category)
  • Minimum 2–3 years of professional driving experience
  • Experience in transporting staff or employees is preferred
  • Good knowledge of local roads and traffic regulations
  • Clean driving record with no major traffic violations
  • Physically fit and able to work flexible shifts

  • Safe and defensive driving skills
  • Strong time management and reliability
  • Responsible, disciplined, and safety-oriented
  • Ability to communicate in basic English (Arabic is an advantage)
  • Patient, respectful, and professional attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to QAR2,100.00 per month
