Duties

• Assist the driver in load and unload operations using equipment such as pallet jacks and lift gate when necessary
• Help carry Mattresses and adjustable bases and freight safely to customer locations or designated delivery points
• Support route driving by helping navigate delivery schedules and ensuring timely arrivals
• Communicate professionally with customers to confirm deliveries and address any questions or concerns
• Maintain safety protocols during all loading, unloading, and delivery activities, including heavy lifting techniques
• Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately and efficiently, adhering to company policies and safety guidelines
• Support warehouse operations by organizing inventory, preparing loadout , and maintaining cleanliness

Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service or warehouse environments is preferred but not required
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling of mattress and adjustable bases regularly throughout the shift
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience with commercial driving or box trucks is a plus
• Familiarity with route driving, load & unload procedures, and delivery driver responsibilities
• Experience operating liftgate, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment is advantageous
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
• Ability to follow safety procedures diligently during all aspects of the job

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $160.00 - $243.90 per day
