We provide safe and reliable non-emergency medical transportation for clients traveling to medical appointments, dialysis, hospital discharges, prescription pick-ups, and other healthcare-related destinations.

## Job Duties

- Transport clients safely to and from medical appointments

- Assist passengers entering and exiting the vehicle when needed

- Maintain professionalism and excellent customer service

- Follow all safety procedures and HIPAA confidentiality guidelines

- Keep vehicle clean and inspection-ready

- Communicate with dispatch regarding trip updates and scheduling

- Transport wheelchair clients when assigned

## Driver Requirements

- Valid Driver’s License

- Clean Driving Record (MVR Check Required)

- Reliable Vehicle

- Vehicle Insurance

- Smartphone with GPS capability

- Ability to pass Background Check

- Drug Test (5 Panel)

- Chauffeur License

- Social Security Card

- Fingerprinting

- CPR Certification (In-Person Only)

- Wheelchair Transport Certification (Online Accepted)

- Defensive Driving Certification

- HIPAA Training

## Preferred Qualifications

- Previous transportation, rideshare, delivery, or medical transport experience

- Professional attitude and strong communication skills

- Dependable and punctual
