Driver Manager

Management Opportunity – Cleveland (44128)

We are a logistics company specializing in the delivery of bags and small packages to homes and businesses. We are seeking a hands-on, upbeat, and optimistic Manager to lead our team of drivers and provide daily motivation and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Onboard and train new drivers
• Assign routes and ensure full daily coverage
• Handle incoming calls and resolve issues as they arise throughout the day
• Complete daily operational reports
• Communicate updates to upper management

Schedule:

• Standard hours: 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM
• Managers work 7 days a week from December 1st to February 1st due to peak season
• After peak, managers work 6 days per week year-round (one scheduled day off)

Compensation & Details:

• Pay is negotiable and will be discussed during the interview
• Managers may run packages for additional earnings
• This is a 1099 independent contractor position (you are responsible for your own taxes)
• Weekly direct deposit
