Job Title: Driver Manager
Location: Soan Gardens, Islamabad
Working Hours: 2:00 PM to 10 PM ( UK 9 to 5)
Pay: 80,000 PKR-100,000 PKR

About Role:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Driver Manager for one of our clients. You’ll oversee and support the entire driver network, keep daily operations running smoothly, maintain compliance records, manage shift schedules, and handle driver queries. The job also involves working closely with drivers to guide them, boost productivity, and ensure all documentation stays up to date.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for driver queries and concerns. Maintain a positive and supportive relationship with all drivers.
• Oversee daily shift allocations and ensure appropriate coverage.
• Monitor driver performance, attendance, and operational issues.
• Coordinate shift-related updates, requests, and changes.
• Maintain and regularly update all driver documentation, including:
• Insurance records
• MOT certificates
• Driver licenses
• Council badges
• Driver logs and activity records
• Ensure all driver credentials are valid, renewed on time, and in full compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Build and maintain strong driver relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention.
• Address concerns promptly and provide necessary support.
• Prepare monthly invoices and ensure timely submissions.
• Share regular status reports, driver updates, and compliance summaries with management.
• Driver and PA interviews liaison with the council.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Management Sciences or related field.
• Previous experience in transport, driver management, fleet coordination, or a similar operational role or any International admin role .
• Must have Excellent English-speaking skills along with British Accent.
• Strong conflict resolution skills.
• In-depth knowledge of sales and marketing software.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
• Advanced communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of compliance requirements for drivers (licenses, badges, MOT, insurance, etc.) is a plus.
• Advanced organizational skills.

Contract length: 11 months

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
