We are looking for compassionate and dependable drivers to join our team! As a Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) Driver, you will play an important role in helping clients travel safely to their appointments, improving their quality of life, and making a difference every day.
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, reliable, and compassionate transportation services.
- Safely assist clients in and out of vehicles, including those using wheelchairs.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure a positive experience.
- Keep the company vehicle clean, orderly, and in good working condition.
- Follow all traffic laws and regulations while maintaining professionalism.
- Ensure client safety and privacy at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Familiarity with local traffic laws and GPS navigation.
- CPR certified or willing to complete company-paid training.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, patience, and professionalism.
- Must be reliable, trustworthy, and able to work independently.
- Previous transportation or caregiving experience preferred.
Job Details
- Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
- Schedule: Flexible – weekdays, weekends, and varying shifts available
- Hours: Full-time (35–40 hrs/week) and part-time (20–30 hrs/week) openings
- Travel: Local travel required, with 100% of work time spent on the road
