Position: Transportation Driver

Location: Aspire Senior Living New Florence - New Florence, MO
Shifts: FULL-TIME DAYS & PART-TIME Weekends/After Hours Services

Aspire Senior Living New Florence is dedicated to providing exceptional care to our residents. We strive to create a welcoming, home-like environment where residents receive the highest standard of service. We’re looking for compassionate, team-oriented Transportation Driver to join our team.

Transportation Driver Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule Appointments as needed.

• Safely transport residents to and from medical appointments, outings, and other scheduled trips.

• Assist residents in and out of the vehicle as needed, ensuring their comfort and safety.

• Maintain cleanliness and routine checks of the transport vehicle.

• Follow all safety and infection control procedures.

• Provide friendly and respectful interaction with residents, families, and staff.

Transportation Driver Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Require Current CPR Certification

• Previous experience in long-term care or with senior populations preferred.

• Excellent communication and time management skills.

• Must be patient, dependable, Organized and professional.
