Driver / Real Estate Assistant / Video Editor

About the Role

We are looking for a multi-skilled professional who can combine the roles of a driver, real estate assistant, and video content creator/editor. This role involves driving clients to property viewings and developer sites, assisting with real estate tasks, and supporting our marketing team by filming and editing property tours, social media content, and client presentations. The ideal candidate will have experience in Dubai’s real estate market, safe driving skills, and creative ability with video content. Key Responsibilities Driver Duties

● Safely drive clients to property viewings and meetings across Dubai. ● Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure timely transportation. Real Estate Assistant Duties ● Support property viewings and client presentations.

● Assist with managing and updating the CRM/database.

● Provide basic property information to clients and coordinate with the sales team. Video Filming & Editing Duties

● Shoot property tours, events, and promotional videos.

● Edit content for YouTube, Instagram, and other platforms.

● Work with the marketing team to produce engaging real estate content. Requirements Must be based in Dubai (or willing to relocate near Business Bay). Valid UAE driving license with minimum 2 years’ safe driving experience. At least 1 year of experience in Dubai real estate (sales, leasing, or support role). Basic to intermediate video filming and editing skills (camera, smartphone, editing software). Strong knowledge of Dubai neighborhoods and property market. Good communication and client-handling skills. Ability to multitask and support both sales and marketing teams. Compensation & Benefits

● Base Salary: AED 3,000 per month.

● Sales Commission: Earn generous commission splits on real estate transactions you contribute to.

● Leads Provided: Company provides consistent property leads.
