The Role:
We’re looking for a Recruiter to find, attract, and onboard owner/operators who want to partner with a growing RV transport company. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospective drivers and play a key role in building our driver network.

What You’ll Do:

• Source and recruit owner/operators via calls, emails, and networking.
• Screen candidates to ensure they meet licensing and company standards.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified drivers.
• Collaborate with operations to match drivers to transport assignments.
• Promote Team RV Express culture and benefits to attract top talent.

What We’re Looking For:

• Recruiting experience in transportation or logistics, is preferred but not required
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, organizational and multi-tasking skills are a must
• Self-motivated and organized with the ability to work remotely.
• Familiarity with Microsoft products like Word, Excel, Googlesheets
