Driver Recruiter - Clovis NM

This individual will be responsible for recruiting Class-A CDL truck drivers for over-the-road, regional, dedicated and local positions nationwide.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit, screen, interview, and hire qualified applicants based on established hiring guidelines, while striving to improve driver retention and safety standards
• Screen, review and pre-qualify candidates based on preliminary reports and background checks
• Communicate with Terminal Managers to provide updates and schedule interviews
• Provide assistance with on boarding and orientation as needed

Abilities and skills required:

Strong oral and written communication skills, as well as strong persuasion skills required. Strong sense of urgency, ability to prioritize candidates while managing several competing priorities, and good time management skills - are not only critical but also essential. Previous experience in either recruiting or sales required. Tenstreet (ATS) knowledge is preferred but not required.

Qualifications:

High school Diploma, 4-year degree preferred

2 years recruiting/staffing/sales experience needed

Industry knowledge or similar job experience is a plus
