DRIVER RECRUITING MANAGER - TRUCKING

UE LINE INC is seeking a high-level Recruiting Manager to join our Chicago operations team. This is an in-office leadership position responsible for overseeing the full driver onboarding cycle and supporting our recruiting and marketing operations.

⭐️ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Driver Onboarding & Orientation

• Oversee and manage the full driver onboarding process
• Schedule and coordinate driver orientation sessions
• Provide clear instructions, checklists, and communication to incoming drivers
• Ensure all pre-employment requirements are completed before orientation
• Assist drivers with any onboarding questions or needs

Travel & Logistics Coordination

• Book and organize driver transportation including flights, buses, rentals, and Uber
• Arrange hotel accommodations for arriving drivers
• Ensure every driver has a smooth, professional experience from the moment they are scheduled

Recruiting Operations Management

• Manage incoming leads and ensure timely follow-up by the team
• Serve as the main point of contact for all recruiters
• Provide guidance, support, and direction to the recruiting team
• Maintain a high-level overview of recruiting numbers, targets, and progress

Marketing & Job Posts

• Work directly with the Marketing Department to create all job advertisements
• Set and monitor the monthly advertising budget
• Optimize job postings across platforms to ensure high-quality applicants
• Track performance of ads and adjust strategy as needed

⭐️ REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to work in the office full-time (no remote option)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Experience in trucking, logistics, or recruiting is preferred
• Ability to handle fast-paced operations and multiple priorities
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Professional written and verbal English
