Stallion Transportation Group is actively seeking a driven, creative, and highly motivated Driver Recruiter with a strong background in social media engagement, marketing, communication, and digital branding. This position is designed for someone who understands how to build relationships, create online engagement, attract qualified CDL drivers through social platforms, and represent our company brand at a high level.
This is not a traditional recruiting role. We are looking for someone who can actively grow our online presence, create engaging content, interact with drivers across multiple platforms, and help position Stallion Transportation Group as one of the premier employers in the trucking industry.
Graphic design, content creation, and social media marketing experience are highly preferred and will set candidates apart.
Primary Responsibilities
- Recruit qualified CDL drivers using modern recruiting methods and social media outreach
- Manage and grow company presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and additional social platforms
- Create engaging social media content designed to increase driver interaction, applications, and brand awareness
- Respond to comments, messages, and online inquiries professionally and promptly
- Develop recruiting campaigns, advertisements, and online marketing strategies
- Build relationships with prospective drivers through consistent communication and engagement
- Create graphics, promotional materials, videos, flyers, and recruiting advertisements
- Monitor social media trends and implement creative strategies to maximize engagement and lead generation
- Conduct phone screenings and coordinate orientation/hiring processes
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified driver applicants
- Assist in branding initiatives and company marketing efforts
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required (Marketing, Communications, Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, audience engagement, and digital marketing
- Experience creating social media content and managing business pages
- Ability to communicate professionally through phone, text, email, and social media
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruiting software/platforms
- Transportation or CDL recruiting experience preferred but not required
Preferred Skills
- Graphic design experience using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software
- Experience with Facebook Ads, boosted posts, and digital advertising campaigns
- Video editing and short-form content creation experience
- Photography and branding experience
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and engagement strategies
- Experience growing business pages and increasing audience interaction
Pay: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
