We are hiring dependable workers to help load roofing materials onto residential rooftops. This is a highly physical manual labor job, and applicants must be prepared for demanding work throughout the day.

Job Duties

• Unload bundles of roofing shingles from a conveyor truck flatbed
• Load shingle bundles onto a roofing conveyor belt system
• Carry and place shingle bundles onto rooftops
• Work safely on ladders and sloped roofs
• Assist crew with material handling and job site organization

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift and carry 60 to 80 pound bundles repeatedly
• Must be able to work on rooftops and climb ladders throughout the day
• Must be comfortable with continuous heavy lifting, bending, and walking
• Must be able to work outdoors in heat, sun, and varying weather conditions
• This is not a light duty position, it is constant physical labor

Driver Opportunities Available
We also have opportunities for qualified drivers to operate conveyor trucks and deliver materials to job sites. Drivers are expected to actively assist with loading and placing materials, and this role is still a physical labor position, not just driving.

Compensation
