Production Operations and Compliance (Roofing/Construction)

Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Vice President of Production Operations and Compliance to lead our roofing and construction division. Qualifications:

• Minimum 10+ years roofing production experience (Specifically Roofing and Restoration)
• Must be computer savvy
• Must be able to manage CRM
• Must have strong communication skills

Duties

• Enforce production SOP's/Compliance
• Enforce production standards / safety / quality
• Reduce call backs and rework
• Improves supplement capture
• Protects license, insurance and legal standing

Skills

• Extensive experience in construction estimating and project planning within roofing or general construction environments
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations related to construction sites; ability to enforce safety protocols effectively
• Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, scaffolding equipment, welding apparatuses, and other fabrication tools
• Hands-on experience with various trades including carpentry (frame carpentry), masonry (masonry work), restoration techniques, tile installation, stucco application, plumbing systems, metal stud framing, caulking techniques, remodeling projects, concrete forming processes, welding procedures, drywall finishing (including trim carpentry), and heavy lifting operations
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams while maintaining high safety standards
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating between project managers, subcontractors, regulatory bodies, and internal teams
