Van Driver & Warehouse Associate Role:

HPI Canna is seeking a positive, flexible, and responsible individual who is eager to contribute, take ownership of their work and grow with the team. This full time role is for an individual who enjoys hands-on work, values structure and appreciates being part of a collaborative and welcoming workplace. This job role will flex job responsibilities as a Van Driver and Warehouse Associate due to the influx of orders and how the operations are being scheduled for the work week. As a Van Driver , the individual will be responsible for transporting goods and materials to designated locations in a sage and timely manner. Drivers will need to operate the vehicle in a safe and professional manner. As a Warehouse Associate, the individual will be assisting with preparing, assembling orders, loading and dispatching orders for drivers at the start of the work day.

Van Driver Responsibilities:

• Make sure item count is correct
• Take signatures on order delivery forms and inform superiors of successful delivery
• Ensure all paperwork is completed correctly before and during deliveries
• Transporting goods, equipment, materials
• Loading and unloading items from vehicles.
• Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling complaints from clients.
• Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules.
• Ensuring deliveries and pickups are on time.
• Checking fluids and tires on vehicles before starting
• Involves overnight routes, a hotel and stipend is paid by the company. This can happen 1-2 times per month depending on orders by clients.

Warehouse Associate Responsibilities:

• Assist with loading and dispatching drivers at the start of the day
• Prepare and assemble orders for next-day deliveries
• Perform order picking, including lifting boxes, climbing ladders, and staying physically active throughout the workday
• Ensure accurate product selection and counting to prevent errors
• Repack products when necessary, maintaining focus on quantities and product correctness
• Participate in warehouse reorganization and space optimization as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

Job Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must have a Clean/Valid Driver's license; no points or accidents in record. Safe driving record.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused.
• Responsible, punctual and dependable.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing daily priorities.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Physical Requirements

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs; Sitting, standing, lifting, bending and reaching for extended periods of times.
• Comfortable climbing ladders and performing physical tasks
• Ability to stay active and engaged throughout the workday.

Pay: $20.00 per hour
