Transportation & Safety
- Safely operate company vehicles (cars, vans, minibuses, buses) to transport tourists to scheduled locations.
- Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company driving policies.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and cleanliness.
- Assist passengers with boarding, luggage handling, and special mobility needs.
- Respond calmly and effectively to emergencies or unexpected situations (vehicle issues, accidents, delays).
Customer Service
- Greet tourists warmly and provide a welcoming atmosphere throughout the journey.
- Offer basic information about destinations, landmarks, local culture, and itinerary.
- Answer customer questions and support tour guides when necessary.
- Maintain a professional, courteous, and helpful attitude at all times.
Tour Coordination
- Follow daily schedules and itineraries provided by the tour company or guide.
- Communicate clearly with tour guides, dispatch teams, and office staff.
- Adjust routes flexibly when needed due to traffic, weather, or customer needs.
Vehicle Maintenance
- Keep the vehicle clean, fueled, and well-maintained.
- Report mechanical issues, damage, or maintenance needs promptly.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean driving record and proven driving experience (tourism experience preferred).
- Good knowledge of tourist attractions, and road networks.
- Basic customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Professional appearance and behavior.
- Ability to speak multiple languages is an advantage.
- Physically able to lift luggage and assist travelers when required.
Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: Up to QAR2,800.00 per month
