Job Description – Drivers & Riders

Position: Driver / Rider

Job Purpose

Responsible for the safe and timely transportation or delivery of goods, parcels, or passengers, ensuring high customer satisfaction and compliance with traffic laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

For Riders (Motorbike/Bicycle/Scooter):

• Pick up and deliver packages, food orders, or documents as assigned.
• Plan routes for timely deliveries while minimizing fuel/time usage.
• Ensure parcels are handled safely and in good condition.
• Wear company-provided safety gear and maintain the bike in good working condition.
• Keep accurate records of deliveries and report any issues.

Requirements

• Valid UAE Driving License (Motorbike or Light Vehicle as applicable).
• Proven driving/riding experience with a clean driving record.
• Knowledge of local routes, traffic rules, and GPS navigation systems.
• Good communication skills and customer-oriented attitude.
• Ability to handle packages of varying sizes and weights.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays if required.

Preferred Skills

• Time management and reliability.
• Problem-solving skills for handling route changes or delivery challenges.
• Basic mechanical knowledge for vehicle/bike maintenance.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, sit, or ride for extended periods.
• Capable of lifting and carrying items up to [X] kg.
