Job Title: Drives Engineer
We are seeking qualified engineers to work on drive systems including installation, programming, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of VFDs (Variable Frequency Drives) and industrial drive applications. The role involves working with different brands of drives, motors, and automation systems to support industrial projects.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- * Installation, programming, and commissioning of VFDs, servo drives, and soft starters (Siemens, ABB, Schneider, Delta, Allen-Bradley, etc.).
- * Troubleshooting and maintenance of drive systems, motors, and related electrical circuits.
- * Parameter setting, tuning, and performance optimization of drives.
- * Integration of drives with PLCs, HMIs, and automation systems.
- * Testing and simulation of drive applications before deployment.
- * Preparation of wiring diagrams, technical documentation, and test reports.
- * Provide technical support for production and maintenance teams in resolving drive-related issues.
- * Good problem-solving skills in electrical drives and control systems.
- **Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:**
- Fresher also applicable.
- Knowledge of drive programming, motor control concepts, and power electronics.
- Familiarity with communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, CANopen, Ethernet/IP).
- Strong understanding of AC/DC motors, sensors, and protection devices.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical/control diagrams.
- Knowledge of basic electrical and electronics concepts.
- Good computer skills and familiarity with MS Office.
- Degree (B.E) or Diploma in Electrical / EEE / ECE / Instrumentation / Mechatronics / Automation Engineering.
