JD Logistics is seeking a Drone Delivery Operations Manager to lead and execute our innovative drone delivery projects in Saudi Arabia. This role is ideal for professionals with strong experience in managing overseas drone operations and setting up large-scale deployment plans. Key Responsibilities Research and analyze the business environment for drone delivery in the Saudi market, and conduct preliminary assessments of hardware/software product requirements. Collaborate with domestic teams to assist in defining detailed product requirements for hardware and software, and contribute to the development of overseas product solutions. Monitor and track Saudi civil aviation policies and regulations, and manage operational license applications. Participate in managing the development progress of overseas product solutions, adjust plans as needed, and track delivery timelines to ensure on-time completion. Work with operations teams to design end-to-end solutions (including operational workflows) and implement localized deployment. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or higher; 5+ years in drone operations, logistics management, or related fields. Proven experience in overseas drone operations and establishing flight routes. Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, particularly in the Middle East. Excellent project management, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Customer-focused mindset with strong communication and high resilience under pressure. Fluency in English and Mandarin is mandatory; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
